These audio files consist of various lengths of silence as an aid to meditation practice. A bell or gong is rung once after 3 seconds at the start and three times at the end.
There is a choice in the 60 minute timer, one with complete silence till end and the other with a bell or gong at the 30 minute interval as a marker for you to know the half way point. Note: only use the marker as a starter practice. Once you have the ability to sit completely still, switch to the 60 minute timer without (30 minute interval) marker.
